Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Here’s our policy on cancellations and refunds.

  1. Order Cancellation
    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before shipping.
    • To cancel, email us at support@tototoys.com or use the “Cancel Order” option in your account dashboard.
  2. Refund Policy
    • Refunds are processed for:
      • Cancelled orders (within cancellation window)
      • Orders received in damaged condition (with proof)
      • Items lost in transit
    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  3. Non-Refundable Situations
    • Products returned without original packaging
    • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
    • Hygiene-based baby products once opened (unless defective)
  4. Return Process
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and issue details.
    • Share photos if the product is defective or damaged.
    • Once approved, we’ll initiate a pickup or ask you to ship it back.
